For the Biketoberfest Bike week we have several pick up locations throughout the Northeast.  Choose the location that is the most convenient for you. If you have a group and know of a closer location that has enough room to load bikes, let us know!  We would be happy to better accommodate your group.  Harley Haul gives you the widest range of dates and times to pick up and drop off your bikes at the events in the industry. This allows you to plan your vacation to better fit your schedule!

 

Pick up locations:

 

Newark, NJ

Cherry Hill, NJ

Brooklyn, NY (NY Surcharge - $75)

Pottstown, PA

 

Other locations upon request for large groups.

 

Attention Groups - If one person needs to cancel their reservations in your group, that does not mean the entire group needs to cancel. Over the years, groups have been repeatedly doing this, leaving us with half full trailers 2 weeks before (and sometimes less) leaving for events. This is unacceptable and your group will be charged full price for these last minute cancellations! In the past we absorbed the tremendous loss, we will no longer do that.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Loading Schedule:

 

The NJ loading schedule is usually the  last week in February.

 

The Pottstown, PA location is open by appointment nights and weekends during the last week of February.

 

The Baltimore, MD location is a spot where we rendezvous on the way down to Florida.

 

At Daytona Beach:

 

We stay right near the brand new Harley Dealership recently opened (Bruce Rossmeyer’s Harley Davidson)!  This place is an all day event and must see...so you may want to  pick up your bike and stay awhile!
